STEP 1:

Select your granite color from the color choices page on our website or from our supplier’s websites. You may also choose to visit our showroom located in Monroe, Georgia for personal assistance provided by one of our Interior Designers on staff. If you are outside of the Atlanta area, you can view the colors on our website and/or visit a supplier nearest you.

STEP 2:

Contact A Polished Finish, Inc. in order to receive an initial estimate for your countertops. See below for further information on how to receive an at home estimate. At home estimates are available for the small fee of $50.00 for local customers. If you decide to use our company we will include your estimate fee towards the purchase of your countertops

STEP 3:

Once you have decided on a color and have received an estimate. A deposit of 80% of the total cost of the job is required before APF, Inc. will order your slabs. After your payment of 80% down and a signed contract has been received, a date can be scheduled for a representative to template your specific job request. For customers outside of the Atlanta area, exact drawings must be submitted and depending on the complexity of the kitchen layout, a template may be needed.

STEP 4:

Once we receive the slab from our supplier and it has been carefully examined, we will set up a date to install your countertops. If you are outside of the Atlanta area, a date will be scheduled for pickup.

STEP 5:

Our experienced countertop fabricators will now begin the fabrication of your new countertops.

STEP 6:

Once the project is complete and you are completely satisfied with the results, the remaining 20% balance is due. If you are not completely satisfied with the final product you MUST NOTIFY US BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL, OR VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN 48 hours of the installation date/time.
